This is my first Madame Alexander Doll. She's all original with the exception of her flowers and the head piece on her veil. Originally this was a white lattice cap that rotted away years ago. Her gown is very simple. A satin bodice with layers of tulle for the skirt that gives a mysty look to her. I decided it was too plain so added the lace around the waist and neckline. It's only on with a loose stitch and would come off easily if I ever wanted to make her a new latttice cap and get her looking more like she originally did. She's from about 1952.
